Hornsby RSL Gymnastics offers children the opportunity to celebrate their birthday with a fun-filled gymnastics party. The parties are conducted by two fully qualified gymnastics coaches, ensuring a memorable experience. The venue provides exclusive use of the entire gym, including activities such as games, circuits, and access to gymnastics equipment like bars, beams, and trampolines. Parties are designed for children aged 5 to 12 years, with a requirement for parents or carers to assist any guests under 5. The parties are scheduled on Sundays, with time slots available from 10am to 12pm, 12:30pm to 2:30pm, and potentially 3pm to 5pm upon request. Each party lasts for 2 hours, including 90 minutes of gymnastics activities and 30 minutes for party food. The cost is $500 per party, accommodating up to 20 children. Additional children can be included with prior approval and an extra fee for an additional coach. While the venue handles the gymnastics activities, parents are responsible for providing food and drinks. Facilities include a party room with tables, chairs, a small fridge, freezer, and microwave. Bookings are made online with full payment required to secure the date. Cancellations made more than two weeks in advance incur a $100 non-refundable fee, while cancellations within two weeks of the party date are non-refundable.
